GameJab is the sole owner of the information collected on GameJab.com. We collect information from our users at several different points on our website. The objective of collecting information is to provide the most accurate and pertinent user experience.

2. PROFILE

A profile is stored information that we keep on individual users that provides their viewing preferences. GameJab users will occasionally receive system updates, news, special deals and other offers that are relevant to video games. This communications service is directly linked with GameJab and cannot be removed from your account. If you wish to terminate your account at any time, you can do so in the "edit profile" section.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.
